Fresh Air

It has been awhile since I've shared work on the blog, so I'm posting a few from a recent maternity session.

This mama is a lovely, mellow woman who already has one lovely, mellow daughter. I'm betting that the new little guy is going to be one chill dude.













I think that this family is in for some very special and happy holidays this year!

Lovely Mom-to-Be

Yesterday's session was with a beautiful mom-to-be. She's one of the lucky ones -- the pregnancy has been smooth sailing, for the most part -- and it showed. She seemed excited yet peaceful, and I get the sense that it's one happy little dude blossoming in there. I can't wait to meet him!

Fabulously Pregnant (Again!)

This gorgeous woman was my first maternity client just over a year ago. She went on to have the adorable Tommy, and now she's on the verge of giving him a little brother or sister. So exciting!

Thanks, M, for spending time with me yesterday. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know you and your family, and I'm so looking forward to meeting the newest addition and getting to photograph him or her. It will be such a pleasure.

And I love, love, love when clients are up for trying anything. Even things that might at the time seem really strange. :)

Waiting for Triston

I first met B & T over the summer, when we did a mini-session at the beach. B was pregnant at the time, but she still had that itty bitty first-timer belly going on.

We got together again yesterday for some maternity photos, and while she's still feeling great and able to move around with absolutely no problem (with only a month to go!), she definitely had the pregnancy glow about her. Growing a baby definitely suits her.

Thanks, guys, for letting me capture this special time for you. Even if T refused to go along with my hold-a-pumkin-in-front-of-his-belly idea. ;)
